BattleIQ data sources

BattleIQ combines repository-maintained game data, Pokemon Showdown-compatible mechanics and imports, format-specific legality, and dated usage snapshots. Source timestamps and format labels are kept separate so a historical or Singles snapshot is not presented as current VGC evidence.

Usage is descriptive rather than prescriptive. A high rank shows what appeared in the captured source; it does not prove that a Pokemon or set is the right choice for every team or matchup.
